Improving School and University Engagement - Survey

Are you a computing teacher (any phase), a computing initial teacher trainer (any phase), a computing education researcher? Or do you work in a computer science outreach team or make or deliver computing education resources or CPD?

Researcher Jane Waite needs your help! Please complete our survey https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/SchoolUniversityLandscape

She wants to find out about the barriers and benefits of working across school and university groups. Your responses will inform guidance on how to improve the way we work together in the provision of computing education.

The report will be freely available and will include a description of the current landscape of the engagement between schools and universities with regard to computing education as well as recommendations on how to improve working across these institutional groups. This report is being produced by a group of organisations including Computing At Schools, the Council and Heads of Computing, Queen Mary University of London, Glasgow University, Swansea University, Stranmillis University and the BCS (Chartered Institute for IT).

If you would like any further information about this study, please contact the lead researcher Jane Waite, j.l.waite@qmul.ac.uk
